Founded by Teresa and Steven Henke in 2023, we are excited to embark on our second year in the local farmers market. Whether you’re grabbing a fresh stuffed arepa on the go or stocking up on our pre-cooked packs, we invite you to taste the tradition and passion in every handmade bite.

  • Beyond our upcoming flagship cafe at Plaza del Sol, DeliColombia remains a vibrant fixture in the Twin Cities market scene, bringing our signature stuffed arepas and authentic Colombian flavors directly to the community. You can currently find us popping up at the Linden Hills, Richfield, and Mid City farmers markets, with even more locations on the horizon for the 2026 season. These markets are where our journey began, and we love continuing that tradition by sharing a taste of Colombia with neighbors across the metro as we prepare for our grand opening this summer.

  • Our Pre-Cooked Arepas are available for purchase at our Plaza del Sol storefront, at any of our farmers market locations, or by emailing us directly to place an order.
